Hi
I have had an ongoing problem with members paying via PayPal since February as their accounts were stuck on 'Pending'. After spending about 4 hours on the phone to PayPal and 20 emails, I think I have found the issue so wanted to share. I can't get membership pro to work with the Return URL however if you check out the attachment you will see what I have done to allow the IPN to reach my site....
Akeeba Admin Tools -> Web Application Firewall -> Configure WAF
Go to...Exceptions from blocking tab.... and under 'Whitelisted domains ' add.... .ipnpb.paypal.com
so your box should have.... .googlebot.com,.search.msn.com,.ipnpb.paypal.com
