State pulldown not working

In Membership Pro, when we try to select a state (in US), the only thing in the pulldown list is 'Select State'. Are we missing some file of state names and codes?

I guess there is some javascript conflict causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted

I have made the URL changes your associate recommended and can now run under 2.4 The state pulldown problem is still there. Can you please see if you can solve this?
