Redirection if user has no access

Hallo,

I set up the access limitation via the Joomla Groups. This works basically fine, but now users who do not have access to a certain ressource are redirected to the start-page. I would rather like to redirect them to a page with explanation why they actually do not have access. How could I change the redirection-page?

I tried it with the URL-restriction and entered a URL in the Plugin: "OS Membership URLs Restriction". But the redirection keeps pointing to the plans. So the custom-url did not effect the behaviour.

And idea?

Could you please:

1. Submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site

2. Sending me the link to a restricted page. Tell me what plan it is restricted to

I will then try to check to see why it doesn't work and guide you to correct it
