Auto disabled users

Hi,

when a subscription expires, joomla users are disabled, but when they do a new subscription, they don't are enabled.
how can I fix this ? is there a way not to disable users, or to enable them automatically ?

Hi

You should not disable user because if you disable it, users won't be able to login to renew their subscription

Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin "OS Membership User", click on it to edit. Then set "Block account when subscription expired" config option to No (it is NO by default, I think you set it to Yes by mistake)

After that, expired subscribers won't be blocked/disabled anymore
