Hello,

I am using both Event Booking and Membership Pro and reCaptcha is not showing in either.

Hi

As the two extensions use Joomla core recaptcha, maybe you haven't configured recaptcha plugin in Joomla core properly yet

Could you please try to check captcha on other Joomla core page (like registration form or contact form) to see whether captcha is rendered properly

Hi Tuan,

I've the same problem. captcha plugin is enabled, the key is valid, captcha is shown on standard Joomla registration site, but not on the Membership Pro page.

Maybe any additional hints how to possibly solve that?

Hi Werner

Membership Pro just uses Joomla core re-captcha, so if it works for your site, it will work for Membership Pro as well

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page. We are going to check and make it works for you

Actually, Membership Pro use Joomla core recaptcha, so if it works well for contact and registration, it should work with Membership Pro, too

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
