Custom Field (SQL)

I'm over-howling a older project that actually never got live with the previous owner.
Therefore I use an outdated Version of Membership Pro (2.0.0) but I plan to update in 2 Weeks
(PayDay)
It looks like that we can use Custom Field List with an SQL Query.
I was using Easy Profile for this, but since Membership Pro does nearly all the same and even more, I would like to use Membership Pro for Custom Field Lists.

I was unable to find any help on how to use the Custom Field with SQL.
Maybe I did not look in the right places, so my question - how to use Custom List Field with data from SQL?

I knew I was not looking in the right direction.

The SQL command needs to be entered into Default Values property of the field

That was the info I needed.
