Subscription Plan email messages sent to any new subscriber all go to their SPAM folder.
I set the FROM EMAIL in Membership Pro configuration to match the FROM EMAIL in Joomla global mail settings. I have the Joomla Mailer set to PHP Mail. Any suggestions on how to avoid email messages from going into user's SPAM folder?
As the email is delivered by your mail server, I think you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check it for you to see why emails go to spam folder
I had the problem either that all my mails were going to spam-box.
If its only going to @hotmail/live mails the problem is maybe that you have a new ip adres coming from your mail. Hotmail blocks every new @mail or ip adress the only way to fix that is let people say in the mail: this mail is save (place it in inbox) if this happends many time, there will be a chance that it new mails will go to inbox.
