Recuring Subscriptions not renewing

I am using the PayPal payment plugin and allowing for recurring subscriptions. When a user signs up for a recurring subscription a recorded is created in PayPal and in Membership Pro. However, on the renew date a new subscription is not created and the membership expires even though the recurring payment is received on PayPal.

This problem only occurred for one member. The rest of the members are working fine. I am currently using version 2.1.1.

1. Sending us super admin account of your site

2. Tell me what member is having the issue

I am going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I'm Support Engineer at PayPal - we had a BUG affecting Subscriptions in March. While this Bug is fixed, affected Subscriptions are still unpaid. If you subscription ID starts with "S-" there is a good chance that you missing Subscriptions are related to this BUG.
If this is the case, open a ticket with PayPal MTS ( www.paypal.com/mts ).
