Proportional Subscription was created by Francisco Souza
Hi,
I'm facing a problem on membership pro. I've configured a subscriptioin plan with expire date defined (like 31/12/2016), 1 year length plan, with price for ex $240. But when new subscribers attempt to register, the price is no proportional to expire date.
Like this, today 04-04 i want to subscribe to a plan with expire date 31 dec, until december we have 9 months (including april), if my 1 year plan is $240 a month rate will be $20. then i like to pay $180 not the $240 for full year.
How can i do this?

Hi Francisco
Unfortunately, this proportional feature is not implemented in the extension yet. Customers have been asking for it, so I will try to implement into the extension ASAP. However, it could not be available in less than 3 weeks, so if you are in rush, maybe you will have to find a different extension to use and I will refund the money of your purchase
Also, in your case, seems you want to calculate the price users have to pay base on months. Shouldn't it be based on the remaining days? Isn't it more accurate ?

Tuan
This would be a great feature. Perhaps it could be built with some variability in how how the fee is calculated based on a number of:
- days remaining
- months remaining
- custom periods (e.g. quarters as we have subscriptions with a quarterly printed journal)
Regards

Tuan, our association have non especific expired date. When users subscribed for 1 year, the expiration date will be today + 1 year.
But we figured out that an especific expired could be more easier to control "access" (you need just one time a year to delete they access) and the association fee will be mensured before the things happening, like february for ex.
Your extension have a lot of things cool. We decided to continue with it, in the actual manner of control until you implement this feature.
Thanks.
Chico
