Members only See their info

Hi - I am using this to collect rents from properties for a property management firm.

1) I have created a category for renters.
2) I have created a plan for each of the properties
3) I have restricted each access to the specific property

When the user logs in I want them only to see their plan, not any of the others and right now they are seeing all plans - what am I doing wrong?

Sorry Maureen. Could you please give me more information about your setup? Maybe submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check your settings?
