Password reset not working

I have a login/logout that is a joomla user page ( nehc.info/index.php/login-logout )
When I click "Forgot your Passwrod," and complete the form, the page seems to reload and no email is sent.

I looked at the post joomdonation.com/forum/membership-pro/50...ail-not-sending.html but the plugin mentioned was already disabled.

The "Forgot your username" link/page works fine and sends the email

I haven't found anything on the Joomla forums yet, so I'm hoping you might have some insight

The password reset feature is completely handled by Joomla core com_users component. It is not handled by Membership Pro, so it is not related to Membership Pro

That must be something on your site causing the issue. So please try to check and solve it yourself first

If you could not solve it, you can submit a support ticket and we will try to help. However, as I said, it is not related to Membership Pro
