Users can't see signup link

I have a subscription plan set only for a specific user group (Access: Group name)
Users not in the group can't see the plan (Great!)

Please submit a support ticket sending us :

1. Super admin account of your site

2. An account which we can use to login belong to group name group you are talking about

I will check to see why it happens and guide you to solve it
