I'm involved with a non-profit association that offers annual paid memberships. We're coming up to our first renewals in Membership Pro and we're getting errors that people are getting repeat solicitations to renew, as often as every 15 minutes. In another case we have a member whose last visit was April 2015 and he's been renewed annually five times so his membership is good till 2021 now, but he hasn't signed in or authorized a payment and there is no payment record despite Membership Pro assigning the renewals an invoice number and ID. If this isn't solved we will have to shut down our system, which will be a huge endeavor as it involves Mailchimp integration, membership access levels to our website and so on. We'll be crippled, but we also can't have members receiving bogus emails every few minutes. Here's a cut and paste of the renewal transactions with the name removed. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
