Redirections

Hello,

I just want to know if the "redirection" option from plans is for first connection or every connection....
On first connection, i'd like the member to be redirected to an page "A" (with a form to enter ads).
Once done and disconnected, when he connects again later i'd like to redirect him to a "B" page with his active ads.

I'd don't know if i'm clear ... Please help me !
