Renewal options

Its renewal time on my site, having a few problem though, Im have renewal set to yes but it then gives the years membership free instead of the price of 60, I have tried settting the renew options to 1,10,40 days all set to 60 but it still just renews the subscription without prompting for the 60 euro, however if I set the recurring settings Subscription its sets up an indefinite subscription to be taken every year, this I dont want, I want users to log in when their subscription is due for renewal and just pay the 60 without an automatic payment been set up if this makes sense? its also says this on top regardless of what settings are enabled/disabled
