Restrict view of menu items

Hi

I have followed this article:
membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/joomla-groups-integration

and this:
membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resources-access-restriction

I have set up 2 x menu items with Access = 'Subscribers'

My expectation is that once a member logs in they will be able to see the menu items, these items will be hidden from people not logged in.

My problem is that once logging in, members can not see the menu items.

What am I doing wrong ?

Could you check and make sure the member account you are using has been successfully be assigned to Subscribers group ?

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking the settings for you

Sang has advised me: "The reason is because you created Access Levels Subscribers but didn't select group Access."

All works 100% now, thanks Sang

To be more clear, you created a new access level called Subscriber but you forgot to select Subscriber for that access level and that's the reason causing the error
