Subscriptions not combining

Hi Tuan,
I enabled the Simlizing PlugIn a while back. At first, it was working fine and combining subscriptions when a person renewed. Now, although the PlugIn is still enabled, it combines some, but is not combining the majority of renewals. Can you explain why? Or how I could fix this? Thank you!

I think we should not use that plugin. The reason is if you enable that plugin, you won't be able to keep subscription history of a subscriber

I developed that plugin in the past because we didn't have a way to see an unique list of subscriber in the system (see what plans a subscriber signed up, when he signed up and when it's expired)

Now, you can go to Membership Pro -> Subscribers to see that unique list with all necessary information.

So I think you should turn off the plugin

That plugin should still works. Have you tried it yourself ? Could you let me know step by step what I need to do to see the errors ?

I have, Tuan. I enabled it myself a couple months ago and it was working fine. Then suddenly, a few weeks ago noticed that it was no longer combining. I checked and the PlugIn is still enabled. I'll send a support ticket with my website login details and perhaps you can see something I'm missing. Thanks! Amanda
