Email notifications for renewals

Hi --

Is there a way to set it up so that the admin gets notification emails when a NEW subscriber signs up, but not when someone just renews their subscription? So separate the two, only get NEW and not renewals.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. If you really need it, you can submit a support ticket so that we can customize the code for you. However, that means you won't be able to update to future releases of the extension as when you upgrade, the modification will be lost because this is not a standard feature of the extension

It is not an absolute need, but it would be "nice to have". Maybe just put it on your list of things to consider doing in the next release.

Can anyone explain why an expired client would get renewal emails with "your plan will expire in -21 days"? I'll have to change the settings.

He should not receive email like that, if he receives that email, it must be a bug

From tomorrow, I will focus working on some improvements to Membership Pro and I will review the code carefully about this case
