Possible? user can not log in hen plan expired?

Is it possible, when subscription expired, make the users can not log in the website? I don't want them renew themselves, I want to reset the password for them manually.

Yes. It is possible. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin "OS Membership User", click on it to edit

Then set parameter "Block account when subscription expired" to Yes

From now on, each time subscription is expired, the user account will be blocked and he could not login

What I need is to create a few user account, each of them has 13 months subscriptions. When the time is up, they need to contact to get the new password to access the entire site again.

They can't renew the account themselves.

I've created a few accounts as the instructions provided, however, it does not seems to be working.

That change only affect subscriptions expired from now on. For the existing expired subscription records, you will need to block the account manually

I've just created a new expired account(I set the expiry date to be last week, and subscription was last week too.), however, I can still log into the website.

Please create a new active account. Then edit the subscription record, change the status from Active -> Expired, and then check it again

That's how it work in the real life. The account should be expired after the status changes from Active -> Expired

I've changed the status on a new account, it can still log into the website, only been removed from "subscriber" group to public, I've set up this operation as the instructions in online documents.

Another question, when I create a new subscriber(new account) in "Subscriber" section, the status is always "pending", and when a account expired, the status was changed to "pending" instead of "expired".

What version of the extension you are using? The issue you described seems strange to me. Could you submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site?
