Problems Restricting Access to Content

Trying to restrict access to content. I set up a user access level - subscriber, I enabled all of the plugins and I tried article restriction and urls. in both cases I have access to all of the plans even though I am limiting the access to articles specific to each plan. What am I missing? Do I need a different access level for each plan? Why won't the urls restriction work? Why won't the article restrictions where you check the articles that you should have access to work?

I'm having the same issues. Followed the documentation step by step, been through all the settings, configured url restrictions and still: a user with an active subscription can access all restricted pages, when what I'm expecting is access to only the allowed page.

Could I please have some help?
According to the other users who had the same issue, it's a matter of understanding how it works, not a bug.
Maybe if you could add complementary info about how you helped these users to the forum or to the doc, you wouldn't have to process the issues one by one.

It would be great if my problem could be solved too as my users can currently enjoy downloads they didn't subscribe for.
