Hi, I'm trying to use the paypal payment plugin in Test Mode.
I have some questions to ask:
- As soon as the customer signs a new subscription with PayPal subscription it is loaded as "Pending";
- If the customer on payment paypal click on the link "page cancels and returns to the site" the subscription is not deleted but rimanane signed with status "pending"
- If the customer pays when the payment has been successful subscription still remains in "Waiting".
Question 1: When a user clicks on the page paypal "link undo and return to the site" subscription should not be deleted?
Question 2: When the user has paid the subscription plan and the page paypal confirm payment subscription status should not become "Active"?
Question 3: I have noticed that if subscriptions with PayPal pagmaneto have not been paid and / or canceled in the subscriber profile displays a link to the invoice 00000. The invoice could not avoid until the subscription has not been paid?
Question 4: If the user subscription now with PayPal there is a way to recover the payment link so he can pay for it later?
The problems I am encountering, especially in the application 2 may be because I'm using the Test Mode?

I use: Joomla ver. 2.5.28 and MembershipPro ver. 2.0.8

=> It should. But to be honest, I won't work on this change very soon. This doesn't have high priority in my todo list
=> It should be active and infact, that's how it is designed to work. There are some reasons it is not active:
- Your site is on local computer
- Your site is offline. In this case, you need to set it to Online Mode
- PayPal IPN is disabled on your Paypal Account. In this case, you need to enable PayPal IPN
- In some case, we might have issue in some servers, and we will need to check it directly on your server.
In your case, I would suggest that you make a test transaction in Live Mode, If it doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so that I can check it directly on your site
=> The system only generate an invoice number for the subscription when the payment is completed. Not sure where you see the invoice number, we can edit code to remove it from being displayed if needed
=> No, there is not a way to make payment. He will need to sign up again and make payment for the subscription
Latest version of Membership Pro now is 2.2.0, so you are using old version. You should update to latest version if it is possible, that would make it easier for both of us while working on the support
