Paypal payment trouble

Hello,
I've installed the Membership Pro 2.1.0 on a site.
A customer has subscribed to a plan and paid via PayPal, but the amount paid was not credited on the paypal account and the customer's status is still Pending

Can you help ??

Hi

That's something I could not help. You should try to contact PayPal and ask them about it as the payment process is actually handled by PayPal, not my extension

I don't see any reasons why the payment is made but the it is not passed to admin's PayPal account

Actually, it is V 2.2.0, but it should not affect this feature. You can access to My Downloads menu item to download it

If you don't see the order there, you can submit ticket let me know PayPal Transaction ID of your purchase so that I can find order, assign it to your account

In which situation a Status subscriber remains 'Pending' as it is for now? When does it becomes 'Active' ?

I stated the following:
- if a subcriber tries to subscribe to a plan but returns to the site (without to pay) while he is on the Paypal payment screen a transaction ID is recorded anyway and his status remains 'Pending'.

Yes. That's how it works at the moment. We need to store the record before users is being passed to payment gateway

If you want, I can help editing the code so that these records won't be displayed so that it is less confusing for your customers to manage it
