Hi Jeannette
If you used version 2.1, there should be no issue unless there is something with your PayPal account. Could you please :
1. Edit the os_paypal payment plugin, set Log IPN Messages to Yes
2. Make a new subscription, remember to process payment
After that, please submit a support ticket. I am going to check IPN Logs and process it further
If anyone uses version 2.2.0 and has this issue, please access to My Downloads menu item, download the extension and upgrade it to your site again. In version 2.2.0, I made some changes to PayPal payment plugin. While it works well on most of servers, on some servers, it doesn't work, so I decided to revert back to old code
Regards,
Tuan

Hello Tuan,
There shouldn't be anything wrong with the PayPal account as it has been working fine with the Events Booking software I am using on the same website.
Maybe I am not understanding where to set the Log IPN Messages to yes, but I don't see any options like that under the Plugin Detail under OS Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins. I have attached a screenshot of the Paypal Plugin Detail page.
I also checked under Extensions => Plugins to see if it was located there, but I don't see it. I've also attached a screenshot of the Extensions => Plugins => OS Membership plugins listing. Is there a plug-in I don't have published that should be?
Thanks again for all of your help.

Log IPN Messages is in 2.2.0. Your screenshot says you're using 2.1.0

@jeannettefh: Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, I will check it directly on your site. Log IPN Messages was only added since version 2.1.1, that's the reason you don't see it
