Blank page after payment 2checkout

Hi Tuan,

I'm using the 2checkout plugin in test mode. I have followed your instructions (readme file) and I reach the payment page in test mode. However, when i process a payment I get a blank page into my site and the subscription status is pending.
Is this caused by the test mode (the payment is not processed using this option) or will I get the same issue on live mode?

No, it should work well with test mode, too. I don't know why you receive a blank screen. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? We will check it directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you

Did you ever get this issue resolved? If so do you know what the solution is. I have had the same issue since I purchased membership pro and 2checkout plugin a year ago.

I finally got the blank page after payment using 2checkout solved.

Solution was delete components/com_osmembership/plugins and upload them again.

I don't know why you need to delete the folder and upload it again. Normally, just install the updated version of 2Checkout payment plugin should be enough

By installing the update before the issue was not resolved.
The only solution was deleting the plugins folder and uploading it via ftp. This was an issue for 2 years.
