I've imported several subscribers from a csv file and had it set up user accounts automatically, which means automatically generated passwords. The idea was that the members could then just use password reset with their e-mail to set up their own password.
I set up my own account for testing purposes and when I try to have my password reset, the e-mail address text box appears. I type in my e-mail address and click submit. The next page says "Subscription Plans" at the top, when I would expect it to say something about the password reset. Then the e-mail never shows up in my inbox.
Has anyone encountered this before or have any idea how to fix it?
