I'm still unsure if my thoughts on the ideal set-up is actually the right way to do it with your great systems Tuan?
I've set-up a 'Registered User Plan' which is free cost and lifetime based, of which I was thinking that I need new front-end sign-ups to be placed in to this group and plan from the outset.
This is where then I offer the free trials of a downloadable installer software for the client (Using your Edocman for this).
Once they've tested the trial software, should they want to upgrade to a paid plan - they then select any of the other plans I have set-up for the respective services and I presume, as they've signed up for the initial free trial 'Registered User Plan' they would then be offered all the other PAID plans, as upgrades to their current free plan?
