monthly payments stopped renewing was created by ken adcock
My monthly payer memberships stopped renewing after the switch to a secure server as required by PayPal. I clicked the enable https, but it they still expire. I have been having complaints and am having to manually extend monthly memberships. What can I do?

Hi Ken
Could you please let us know what version of Membership Pro you are using? Maybe you are using a quite old version (latest version now is 2.3.0), if you can upgrade to latest version, that would be great
Also, could you login to the PayPal account which receives payment, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages with that payment renewal? If there are IPN message, please let me know a sample message so that I can check it further

Your web site shows 2.1.1 as the latest version which is what I have. I will check on the ipn info and get back to you.

Sorry, I am wrong. Latest version is 2.1.1, not 2.3.0 (2.3.0 is latest version for my other extension). In case you have trouble with renewal, please submit a support ticket explains the issue you are having
