OSM_NOT_ALLOW_TO_VIEW_MEMBERS was created by Michael Sheward

When trying to access the member list after logging in, I receive the following error message:

OSM_NOT_ALLOW_TO_VIEW_MEMBERS

Any assistance on how to configure this properly is appreciated.

Hi

You need to do some permission setup in the extension. Please follow the instructions at membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/fronte...display-members-list to setup and it should work well

Hi, I received the OSM_NOT_ALLOW_TO_VIEW_MEMBERS so I folled the instructions on membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/fronte...display-members-list .

When I go to that area I find the settings for View Members, and change from Inherited to Allowed (see screenshot). I get a green success at the top of the page. When I hit save, the value flips back to inherited. Is there some other setting I need to make?

Hi Scott

That causes by some changes in Joomla 3.5.0 (it was a bug in Joomla 3.5.0), so I had to make some changes to the code of Membership Pro last week

Please download latest version (still 2.3.0 but there was changed from the date it was released), upgrade it to your site then check it again. The permission will be saved properly now

I have the same problem and I have Membership 2.3.0 installed.
Do you have any more options please?

Please re-download the extension, and upgrade it to your site again. Maybe you downloaded version 2.3.0 before the fixed applied and it causes the issue (I added the fix but didn't release new version as it is just a small fix)
