No signup link to the plan

Hi
I have 2 problems:

1. I have a plan where the is no signup link to - screencast.com/t/zaIwUFCLGlog

2. When trying to acces the url of the signup link I get this:
You are not allowed to sign up for this subscription plan
Even though I changed the access to public.

To be honest, I don't have any clue why this issue happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? I will check your plan settings to see what's wrong and get it sorted
