Subscription confirmation shows wrong subscriber

In the right sidebar we have a membership module where you can CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and sign up for a free membership. The site has been live with Membership Pro for one month. We noticed today that after we SIGN UP and enter in all our personal information and then PROCESS SUBSCRIPTION, the following page shows us not our own information but the personal information of the last person who signed up!!

Such a huge personal information leak... we have just noticed it today, purchased the update to Membership Pro, installed it and it is still occurring. Please advise, we have cleared cache and checked multiple times. Joomla 3.4.8

That's strange. I have just looked at the code and could not see why it happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site? I am going to check it myself and get it sorted right away if the bug is valid
