Membership Pro version 2.1.1 released

Dear customers

Today, we release new version of Membership Pro, version 2.1.1. This is a minor release which contains only one change to Paypal payment plugin:

1. We added a new parameter called Log IPN messages. This parameter set to No by default means no Paypal IPN messages will be logged.

2. This parameter is only useful for us if we need to provide support for you to troubleshooting Paypal payment on your site. So please keep this parameter to No, don't change it to Yes unless it is asked by us when you need support.

3. When you update to this new version, the extension will check and automatically remove the IPN logs file if it was created before

Please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item to download this latest version and upgrade to your site

Please help me. my paypal shows IPN messages where sent to my site after subscription payment was made on my site but membership pro didnt activate new users after payment. Please what can I do to solve this problem. Thanks.

Hi Francis

There are several reasons can causes this error:

1. Maybe your site is on a local computer, not on live server ?

2. Maybe your site is on offline mode, not online ?

3. PayPal IPN disabled in your PayPal account ?

For now, please login to the PayPal account which receives payment, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If there are, what's the status of the message.

Please check it and get back to us so that we can work on it easier

1. My site is on live server.

2. My site is online
Search Engine Friendly URLs Yes
Use URL Rewriting Yes

3. PayPal IPN enabled.

4. HTTP response code 200
Delivery status Sent
No. of retries 0

5. IPN type Recurring payment profile

6. Subscriber not active automatically after payment received by paypal.

7. The IPN listener didnt activate subscriber automatically I think.
