US States Not Populating

during the sign up process, the US states are not listed. just the "Select State" They are there in the backend though.

As replied via support ticket, there might be javascript conflict causing the issue. Please send us super admin account via support ticket so that we can check and solve the issue

How was this resolved? I am having the same issue.

Send in a support ticket. They logged into the site and fixed it. Not sure what they did but it would be handy to know.

Usually, this issue happens because there is javascript conflict between Membership Pro and the js code using on your site (maybe from the template or from a module, plugin)

So if you get this issue, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page

We are going to check and solve the issue for you
