Best method of redirection was created by Kate
Hi, I have a busy joomla site and am about to launch a paid subscription area. I'm restricting menu items and pages to a new subscriber group. What I would like to happen is that when a logged in subscriber clicks on the member area menu item they go to a specific K2 item but if a non-logged in or unsubscribed user clicks on the menu item they go to a different K2 item. What is the best way to do this, using ACL or K2 item restrictions?
Thanks

Hi Kate
I think you can only use ACL method to show menu items depend on the user groups the current users belong to. That's the only option for now
The reason is because right now, we have no way to config it so that when none subscribers access to K2 item they don't have permission to access, they will be redirected to the corresponding none-subscriber K2 item

Tuan
