Hi there,
First of all congrat for your great component.
I wonder if there is a way to let subscribers to upgrade their subscription level.
I explain better with an example.
Let's say we have
plan 1: 100€ , subscription lenght 365 days
plan 2: 200€, subscription lenght 365 days
User subscribe for plan 1 and after X days he understand that plan 2 fits better his needs.
Is there a way to set an upgrade plan to allow user upgrade his plan to plan 2, starting a new 365 days subscription but automatically calculate the price with this formula: 200€ (the cost of plan 2) - ( 100€ / 365 * number-of-days-to-expire-date-of-plan-1)?
If no, are you going to add it in the (near) future?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
1. Right now, you can create upgrade option to allow subscribers to upgrade from plan 1 to plan 2. However, the price is not calculated at the rules you mentioned yet. So users will have to pay full price of plan 2 at the moment
2. Yes. It is a nice to have feature, I think. So I will implement it in the future. However, to be honest, I think I can only have it in about 6 weeks
For now, my first priority is improving the documentation since it is outdated now. There are many more features added but not documented and it is difficult for customers to understand and use it. Updating documentation will take me from one to two weeks

Thank you for your fast reply.
Your scheduling is reasonable and it worth the wait.
Best regards!

Hi there,
I do have the same thinking with upgrade options as claudio.
For me its a limitation for the customer to upgrade too early.
Its hard to calculate the cost for the upgrade options.
So It would be great setting up a calculation method as claudio suggested.
Best regards,
Chris

I actually didn't realise that this wasn't included in the upgrade element and agree with others, that to have the component auto calculating the mathematical difference between product 1, when at some point the client is wanting to upgrade to product 2 or 3 etc, is imperative.
However, it has to work for both annual and monthly, as we'll all make use of only one of these or both.
I'd be interested to see where this addition is up to also.
