Cancelling subscription, not recurring

Where can I turn it on?
Because I found, that in code there is such possibility in User Profile->My subscriptions. But when I subscribe on some plan it doesn't create 'subscription_id' in 'osmembership_subscribers' table

Not all payment plugins support this feature. Could you please let us know what payment method you are using so that I can check and reply you further ?

If you use Authorize.net, the data for subscription_id should be available and users should be able to cancel the recurring subscription

I don't know why it doesn't work on your site. So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. I will try to check to see what's the reason of the error and get it sorted
