User Joomla not created after payment

User Joomla not created after payment was created by Gerard
Hi Tuan,
I have a problem regarding users creation into Joomla. If the configuration item: "Only create user account when membership active/approved" is set to YES. I have the following behaviour:
1) With offline payment, after payment validation, Joomla user is not created.
2) With paypal payment, user payment is automatically validated (set to active into Memebership Pro Subscription) but Joomla user not created.
If the configuration item: "Only create user account when membership active/approved" is set to NO. I have the following behaviour:
1) With offline payment, Joomla user is created, email is sent to activate account with payment NOT validated.
2) With paypal payment, activation email is sent to user also in case of payment is NOT validated by Paypal.
it seem than "Only create user account when membership active/approved" don't work properly, or I not understanding how this option work.
What is the right configuration to have activation email sent to user only after payment validation in offline mode or by paypal.

This issue sounds strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted ?

Hi hayward,
It is solved for me, the plugin "OS Membership - Account creation plugin" was uninstalled, I don't know why, I have reinstalled Membership Pro and activated this plugin. After all run fine.

@c hayward: The issues on your site is sorted. Just want to give more update here. It causes by two things (not related to membership Pro)
1. You have a plugin to redirect from none sef url to sef URL and it causes the issue. I had to config to exclude com_osmembership component from that plugin
2. A bug in K2 captcha implement . I had to change settings in K2 to turn of Captcha check to get it works
