Question about the 'Upgrade options'

Hello Tuan. As you know we are using an umber of your Components for our Basketball Club and we are very happy with your products.

I have a question about the Membership Pro and the Upgrade Options.

First let me tell you what we are trying to accomplish. We have a Lifetime Signup Free with a Re-occurring Monthly Free.

Our preferred method would be to allow someone to choose the Signup subscription which is a lifetime fee and add the monthly tuition subscription which is the re-occurring payment during signup.

I thought the Upgrade Options would allow this put it appears to only be available in their profile. Is there any way to configure this in Membership Pro?

I don't think it is a correct setup. I think you just have to setup one subscription plan (If I understand your requirement correctly)

1. Let says the lifetime fee is 100$

2. Let says the monthly is 20$

You can then setup a plan as follow :

1. Price : 20$

2. Subscription Length: 1 month

3. Recurring subscription Yes

4. Trial duration: 1 month

5. Trial amount : 120$ (it is 100 + 20)

With this setup, users will only have to sign up for one plan. For the first month, they will have to pay 120$ (monthly fee and life time fee). Then from the next month, they only have to pay monthly fee (20$ in this case)
