Placeholder are not set in the register page

Hi !
I added a new custom field for the URL and set a placeholder to help people filling it. However, the placeholder never shown so I went in the code to see if there is something missing and it seems that the placeholder had been forgotten.
I tried also with native field such as "email" but it doesn't work either.
I finally hardcoded the placeholder in my registration page for now.

Joomla version : 3.4.4
Membership Pro version : 2.0.5

Place holder works well here for me (just tried again to make sure it works). So to be honest, I don't know why it doesn't work on your site

If you want me to check, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted for you
