Question regarding payment payment by credit card

A question regarding payment by credit card with Paypal plugin. I have read some topics on this subject. I need of confirmation from you.
My understanding is that with the os_paypal plugin include into Membership Pro solution, is not checkout/integral/standart paypal solution requested for payment by credit card with paypal for customers that want pay with credit card without open paypal account.

If I want add payment by credit card with paypal to my website, is it necessary to buy MP Paypal Pro plugin? Is it with this plugin possible to add payment by credit card with paypal and receive paiment instant notification (IPN)?

Hi Gérard

1. With the os_paypal payment plugin comes with the extension, in most case, it accepts both payment from Paypal account and payment from credit card. Basically, when users are redirected to Paypal, they can choose to pay by both Paypal account or by credit card. Of course, this require you to have a Business Paypal account

2. With Paypal Pro, users will be able to enter credit card information directly on your site for processing payment. They will be redirected to Paypal like the standard Paypal payment plugin

However, please note that :

1. Paypal Pro is only available for US, UK and Canada customer. It is not available for other countries
2. Paypal charges you monthly fee if you want to use Paypal Pro
