Hey, we've got this problem, which is a little strange...
New members are added as they should in the Subscribers list, but when they continue to pay next month, they become updated as, a blank plan?

But inside, the Subscriptions list is all as it should be?

This looks strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site?

Could you please give me more information about this issue. How members pay for you and see this "blank" issue? is it a recurring payment or manual renewal ? Please let me know so that I can check it further

There are three users with this behavior. (1) PayPal new payment, (2) Offline new payment, and (3) PayPal new payment but person never completed transaction and state is pending.

So for the user #1 and #3, did these users make payment or not?

Could you please submit a support ticket ? I want to check the data directly on your site

Sorry for lately response. We are celebrating Lunar New Year en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%E1%BA%BFt here and only come back to office on Monday next week
