Can't get Column View to work

I'm busy setting up Membership Pro. I'd like to use the 3 column view view you show on your demo, but it just doesn't work. It always comes up as a badly formatted vertical stack.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can ask my template developer to look at it to see what's the reason of the error and get it sorted?
