Membership Pro - Generated Email Notes to Members

Hi Tuan,

We are still testing this and have a few questions.

When a member joins OFFLINE they get the following emails:

1. Thank you for joining letter - THIS IS IS FINE (see 1st email to member.jpg) - no problems with this





2. New User Details Note (see 2nd email to member - new user details.jpg)



--This contains username and password and a link to login. (when I clicked on this link, I got a login denied message because the user has not activated yet.

QUESTION -]CAN THIS NOTE AND THE ACTIVATION LINK NOTE BE COMBINED INTO ONE EMAIL?[/b]

OR can we take out ...to log into ww.aswm.org

So it would just read

You have been added as a User to the Association of State Wetland Mangers by an Administrator.
This email contains your username and password.
Username
Password

You will receive an email with an activation link next.

Please do not respond to this message as it is automatically generated and is for information purposes only.

3. Account details note - (See email #3 - activation link.jpg)



– contains activation link – when I login using this link I got in to the Welcome Member screen. (message when login from email #3)

Question - can this be combined with note 2 above?

4. Payment received note (See email #4 - payment received email.jpg)



– lists details and contains the paragraph at the bottom on how to access the website.

QUESTION:
This note they are getting last - seems like they should get it after note #1.

Is there anyway to do this?

Also - can we change the paragraph at the bottom of this note to read:

You will receive 2 additional emails. The first one will contain your username and password which you will use after receiving the next email which contains an activation link to login to the ASWM website. If you have any questions regarding your membership, please contact me at (207) 892-3399 or laura@aswm.org.
