Invoices not sent with Email

Hi Tuan,
I have configured Invoice, activated the plugin OS Membership - Invoice Generator, set button:
- Activate Invoice Feature -> Set to Yes
- Send invoice to subscribers -> Set to Yes
I use a plan with cost of 50.00€
I activate manually user account
After activation of account all email are sent but invoice is not linked. I have looking on all configuration option, I don't understand where the problem is.
For information; version of product:
Joomla V3.4.4
Membershippro : V2.0.8

That looks strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site?

Hi Tuan,
I have found the problem. If I purchase a plan by paypal and transaction is not correctly ended (eg: close paypal before finish paiement) and after if account is validated by administrator, all email are sent to new customer but invoice isn't join to mail.
If customer paid with offline paiement module, when administrator validate the account all email AND invoice are sent. I don't understand why the invoice is not sent for purchase by paypal and account validated by administrator. Is it a normal behaviour or a bug?

In my case:
If users sign up for a subscription plan using Paypal and make payment, invoice will be sent --> I'm Ok

In your case, when users sign up using Paypal, does he make payment or not? --> No he doesn't make (or finish) payment by paypal (whatever the reason) but perform payment by another means. If I validate manually his account, invoice is not sent.

Yes Gerard. Invoice won't be sent in that case. If they are using online payment method such as Paypal, the invoice will only be sent if the actually makes payment
