renew membership not working for a specific plan

hi, i have a plan that i set the renew option to yes, but it doesnt work, the client want to renew and he see a page:
Renew option not available.

What should i do to have it working...

i went to:

set up -> plans - myplan -> enable renew - yes

Hi

Maybe that's a recurring subscription plan ? Please try to edit the plan, set Recurring Subscription to No and it should solve the issue

The reason is because for a recurring subscription plan, the renewal will happen and handled automatically by the payment gateway and Membership Pro, so manual renewal is not needed / allowed
