CANT CREATE A RENEW MEMBERSHIP PLAN

HI,
I FIND IT DIFFICULT creating a renewal plan for members, each time i try to access it on the front-end it i see this report:

OSM_CANNOT_ACCESS_UNPUBLISHED_PLAN

AND secondly i have tried setting up membership upgrade plan but each time i try to click on the link on the frontend i also get the following reply:

There are no options available to upgrade your membership

That's strange to me. Maybe there is something wrong with your setup. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you?
