Membership not renewing after receiving payment

I have been having this issue for the longest time. When someone creates a membership for example for "one month" with osmembership, I receive the payment and the account gets activated. The problem is that after a month, I receive the re-occuring subscription paypal payment but the membership does NOT get renewed and instead the status is "Expired". I have updated osmembership to the newest one and would like to test to see if this problem still occurs. My question is, how do I run a test to see if the subscription renews after receiving the payment?

What version of the extension you are using? Could you please update and make sure you are using latest version (2.0.6).

It is hard to test automatic renewal. The only way is that you tried to create an one day subscription plan, then sign up and wait for next renewal happens to see whether it works

I HAVE installed the LATEST version of Memberships Pro! This problem still remains. When a re-occured payment gets received, the membership does NOT renew. I have to always manually set it and this is very frustrating. I really like this component a lot but this problem is troublesome. I hope this can be fixed.
