Subscriber not being removed after expired plan

Hi Tuan,
Thanks for answering the previous ticket.
I have OS Membership - Account creation plugin, OS Membership - Joomla Groups plugin, OS Membership User
all activated but the test subscriber is not being removed from the joomla group after their plan expires (2 days now). The subscription plan settings are Assign - E1 group, Expire - Public, Remove - E1 group. So it should work.
Any ideas?
