Super User Front End Login

Hello,
When I try to login to the front end of my website with my Super User credentials it doesn't work - access denied. I need to be able to act as an admin in the forums (EasyDiscuss). I don't see how I can do this if I cannot login to the front end. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? You guys are always so helpful and quick to respond. Thanks in advance!

Sorry but this is not related to Membership Pro extension as the login process is handled by Joomla core, not by Membership Pro

If your Super admin account can login to backend but not in the frontend, I think there is something wrong with permission settings on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you
