Email Notification AFTER subscription expires was created by Justin Townsend
Is there a way I can send an email out after a members subscription has expired? Reason i ask is i would like to send out email letting them now they are now expired and send a link to survey for them to fill out.

Right now, it is not possible. I will think more about it and might add support for it in the future !
