Renewal/Upgrade options not working

The renewal and upgrade options show up on the user profile page as expected but when used the user profile page is displayed again instead of the paypal page to process the renewal or some other page for offline payment option. What am I missing here?

So you are saying that after you select a renew/upgrade option and press process button, it doesn't work? Could you please explain more details about it so that I can understand the actual issue you are having and find a solution ?

Also, what version you are using now ?

I am using 2.0.4 version. I also have the paypal pro plugin installed but not published.

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site (and the account you are using to renew/upgrade)

We will check to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted for you

i have Error 404 when i clic on renew membership

maybe JS Conflict i dont know

=> How did you make that page? Maybe that's the reason causing the error. Please give us more information so that we can look at it and check it
